I am a 60 + Public Health Specialist. I have found that processed sweeteners of all kinds cause inflammation of my joints and connective tissues. Whole fruits and foods where the sugars have been fermented do not cause me any inflammation.
I think there should be more research and information shared about the inflammatory aspects of processed sweeteners.
